Steps is looking for a talented Account Executive who will be responsible for the development of new customers and ongoing relationships with them.

You’ll join our global sales team and be the first AE in our New York office.

About The Role

• This is a quota-carrying position.

• Own the sales process from introduction calls, demos and POCs through to closing.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of our market, solution and values.

• Be the main point-of-contact for the relationship with our customers.

• Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the Steps solution.

• Contribute to the definition of our sales strategy and help build our customer facing organization.

• Communicate customer feedback, including the challenges and desired outcomes of our customers with the product team.

Your Experience & Skills

• 1+ years experience working as an Account Executive at a technology company.

• Proven experience in a closing role.

• Proven track record of successfully achieving and maintaining quota.

• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Native English speaker

• Curious, creative, energetic and excited to work in a start-up environment.
