Your Guide to Eating Gluten Free

Living with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance can be challenging–especially when it comes to eating out. For many, the fear of cross-contamination or accidentally consuming gluten can make dining out a really stressful experience.

Introducing Lauren, and her Eat Gluten Free with Me map. Lauren’s mission is to make a difference for those with gluten sensitivities so they can still have a good (and safe!) time eating out.

In Eat Gluten Free with Me, you’ll find more than 300 places not only across the United States, but also in other parts of the world including Europe and South America. One of the greatest parts about this map is its active community of over 200 people who’ve really turned it into a group effort. Together, they’ve created a valuable tool they can use to help them dine out safely–without the hassle of endless scrolling, or concern about outdated reviews. The map is being updated with new gluten-free options all the time!

Lauren and the Eat Gluten Free with Me map members are doing an amazing job building up this valuable resource. When you check it out, take a look at all the tags that have been thoughtfully added. Tags like “100% Gluten Free,” “Dedicated GF Menu,” and “GF Options” make it easy for anyone to find the exact type of places they’re looking for.

Lauren's dedication to helping those with Celiac disease and gluten intolerance is inspiring.
